Transportation
The only way to reach Gornergrat is by taking the Gornergrat Railway from Zermatt. Zermatt is a car-free village, so you must park your car in Täsch and take a train or taxi to Zermatt. The Gornergrat Railway departs frequently from the station next to the Zermatt train station.
